Comments: Wow! This was quite a find. I drew this, probably a full year before I started making the full-page NQD comics. This is where Doc Peaches, the Pirate Doctor AND the Amish Businessman came from.

Originally, the doctor just had that reflector over his eye because I thought it helped to make him look inept and crazy, but my friend Patrick pointed out that it did indeed make him look rather pirate-like.

Thus, the Pirate Doctor is born.

Also, Jack Meoff? Wasn't I just a little scamp?
