Bio: A member of the dangerous under-organization known as The Nix. Tony is a sanctioned psychic in employ of the Nix, taught to hone his abilities to debilitate and destroy his enemies.

There are 4 levels of sanctioned psychics within The Nix, and Tony is a Blue PS, or the third-highest rank. His powers have extended beyond this rank, but he has yet to apply for the rank advancement, primarily because his new skills were self-taught, something The Nix frowns upon.

A man who would rather not fight, Tony tends to use non-lethal methods to incapacitate his prey, though his powers would allow him to do as much damage as he pleased.
