Bio: A member of the dangerous under-organization known as The Nix. RJ is a highly skilled marksman, and his skills have allowed him to rise through the ranks of The Nix. He now leads a three-man squad of Nix Mavericks.

Though he has had many opportunities to advance further within the ranks of The Nix, RJ has either rejected the offers or disqualified himself in some way to keep his current position.

RJ is a very cold and cruel man, though only because he must be for his job. This goes against his natural character, creating a powerful internal conflict which he has had to learn to repress.
